I’m Radek. And I built the Czech course I wish had existed.

I’ve watched hundreds of expats arrive in the Czech Republic, sign up for expensive language schools, sit through boring grammar lectures — and still not be able to order a coffee six months later. It didn’t have to be that way.

So I did something about it. I built Czech Masterclass: a fully online course focused on the Czech you actually need in real life — at cafes, shops, offices, and on the street. No grammar tables to memorise. No awkward classroom. No commute.

My method is simple: you learn a phrase, understand why it works, then use it immediately. That’s how fluency actually happens. And because it’s all online, you learn when it suits you — at your own pace, from your couch.

This is the only Czech course you’ll ever need — and it costs a fraction of what a single month at a language school would set you back.

A real lesson. Completely free.

“After three weeks I walked into a café, ordered in Czech, joked with the barista and actually understood the reply. That never happened in two years of language apps.”

Questions? Answered.

Do I need any prior Czech to start? +

None at all. The A1 course is a true beginner course that starts from absolute zero — your first sounds, first words, first sentences. All you need is an internet connection and the motivation to learn.

Is this really 100% online? Can I learn from home? +

Yes — completely. There are no live sessions, no fixed schedule, and you never need to leave your house. Once you purchase, you get instant access to all lessons in your personal student area. Watch on your phone, laptop or tablet, whenever it suits you.

How long do I have access? +

Forever. It’s a one-time payment with lifetime access. Life gets busy — no problem. Come back to any lesson whenever you need, as many times as you like. There’s no expiry date and no subscription.

How much time do I need each week? +

As little as 20–30 minutes a day. Lessons are short, focused and designed to fit into a coffee break. Even with a busy work schedule, most students see noticeable progress within the first two weeks.

Is this better than a language school? +

For most expats learning Czech for everyday life — yes. Language schools charge hundreds of euros per month, require you to commute at fixed times, and often move at the pace of the slowest student in the room. Czech Masterclass gives you a structured, proven curriculum at a fraction of the cost, on your own schedule, from home. Many of my students previously attended language schools and say they learned more in their first week with me than in months there.

Which course should I start with — A1 or A2? +

If you have no prior Czech knowledge at all, start with A1 — it’s designed for complete beginners. If you already know some basics (you can introduce yourself, count to 20, ask for directions) and just need to solidify and expand, A2 may be the right starting point. If you’re unsure, start with A1 — it’s always better to have a strong foundation.
